Share one photo session
A session QR opens one session’s results. The link becomes useful once the required files are in the cloud; an event QR groups sessions and is configured separately.

Before you begin
Android steps
- 1Open Events → Edit and enable QR sharing if needed. Check email sharing separately; either method may request upload.
- 2Finish a session and wait for upload status. Open the QR/share action in Result or the session in History.
- 3Scan with another phone. Open the photo and enabled motion outputs, then try downloading the required result.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Use an online event and enable QR sharing. Offline Mode removes cloud QR sharing; event email sharing is not part of the referenced Apple workflow.
- 2Finish the session and wait for outputs to be ready/uploaded. Open QR or Share from Result/History according to session status.
- 3Scan on a guest device without signing in. Inspect still and motion files separately.
Check the result
Operator check
Guests can open and download the correct session results in a browser without an operator account.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| QR opens but media is unavailable | Wait for or recover upload on the source device. Check each output’s status, not just the existence of a link. |
| A link is no longer accessible | Check the access/storage period shown in the account and gallery status. Do not promise permanent access. |
