Run an offline event on iPhone and iPad
Apple Offline Mode is an explicit event choice that disables session cloud workflows. Losing connectivity during an online event is different from choosing Offline Mode.

Before you begin
Android steps
- 1On Android, do not treat QR OFF as equivalent to Apple Offline Mode. Also review email sharing and every online dependency.
- 2Prepare local assets and configure result saving, then test the actual Android journey without internet. Do not rely on cloud payments or AI without connectivity.
iPhone and iPad steps
- 1Open Events → Create/Edit and enable Offline Mode. Read the warning and confirm if the event does not need cloud services.
- 2Keep Save Photos to Device enabled. QR sharing, cloud payment and online features are not used in the offline session journey.
- 3Save and activate the event, then run a complete session. Inspect stills, supported motion, local files and local printing if used.
- 4Test without internet access before the event. Do not disable a local network needed by the printer just to test internet loss.
- 5Reconnect for account and configuration needs after the event. Changing modes does not automatically promise upload of every previous offline session.
Check the result
Operator check
An Apple offline session completes without QR/cloud payment, results remain local and all required local equipment works.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Cannot sign in offline | Sign-in and account recovery require connectivity. Prepare the account session before the venue loses internet. |
| Account access needs renewal | Connect to the internet and follow verification/sign-in. Offline Mode does not promise an indefinitely valid account session. |
