Device Limits and Account Security

Understand how device limits protect subscriptions and how to avoid surprise logouts in real event operations.

Device limit basics

Starter and Basic plans are designed for one active device. Pro plans support two active devices. This keeps account sharing controlled while still giving professional teams enough room for real operations.

  1. 1Use one main booth tablet per Basic account.
  2. 2For two active devices, use a Pro plan.
  3. 3If changing hardware, sign out from the old device when possible.
  4. 4If the old device is unavailable, wait for the app/server device state to update or contact support.

Plan ahead before live events

Avoid switching devices right before an event starts unless you have already tested activation, restore, camera, and printer setup on the replacement device.
